Film4 FrightFest Glasgow 2015 Line-up Unveiled


Celebrating its tenth year as part of the Glasgow Film FestivalFilm4 FrightFest announced today the full line-up for its north-of-the-border horror movie showcase. Eleven horror movies - including three world premieres, two European premieres and six UK prems - will be screened across three days (Thurs 26th - Sat 28th Feb). There will be blood. Lots of it. 


First up to bat is Brad Anderson's Eliza Graves, starring Jim Sturgess, Kate Beckinsale and Michael Caine, and based on the Edgar Allan Poe short story, The System of Dr. Tarr and Professor Fether. That will screen on Thurs 26th. All films will screen at the Glasgow Film Theatre. 

Also screening will be Mario Bava's giallo masterpiece, Blood and Black Lace, Aussie zombie flick, Wyrmwood, the closing chapter of the acclaimed [REC] series, [REC] 4: Apocalypse, Marcus Nispel's The Asylum and the Eli Roth produced splatter flick, Clown, which he also appears in

Important ticket info:

Festival passes go on sale Thurs 22nd Jan and cost £70. The passes cover films screening on Friday and Saturday only. Tickets go on sale for Eliza Graves and individual films on Monday 26th Jan from 10 am. Tickets cost: £9 and £7 (concessions).
